Who we are
Who is Swiss Suites?
A serviced apartment company offering fully furnished corporate housing across five regions in Switzerland — Aarau, Olten, Baden, near Zürich, and Lake Hallwil.
Who do you work with?
Companies relocating employees, project teams needing housing for multiple people at once, relocation agencies, and insurance companies arranging interim housing for policyholders.
Do you only work with companies, or can individuals book too?
Both. While our focus is corporate and long-term stays, individuals and families are welcome too.
How booking actually works
Do you require a deposit?
No — never. No deposit, no key money, for any stay.
What's your notice period if plans change?
Just 48 hours. We built our terms around how corporate stays actually work, not around protecting ourselves from you.
How does billing work?
Billing is weekly or monthly depending on the length of your stay, always in advance, with your booking confirmed once payment is received within 3 days of booking.
Is there a minimum stay?
No minimum stay — from a few nights to several months, whatever the situation requires.
What's included in your apartments?
Every apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready, with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and everything needed to actually live, not just stay.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking is included at every property, with visitor parking available where possible.
